This notice explains how BeautyMatters (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), type of business, number of outlets and your message. We also record the page the form was submitted from.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and follow up about BeautyMatters. We do not sell your personal data.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing communications if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.
How we protect it
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered to our business inbox. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host this website, protect it from spam and abuse, and deliver form submissions by email. These providers process data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer at hello@beautymatters.app.
